What we do
Smartentre designs and builds AI assistants, automations, websites and web applications — and, more specifically, makes sure they work together. Most businesses end up with a website that doesn't talk to their CRM, a chatbot that doesn't know their pricing, and a form that dumps leads into an inbox nobody checks. We build the connected version instead: one system, not three disconnected pieces.
How we work
Every project follows the same four steps — discovery, build, launch, support — whether it's a single automation or a full system. We work in short cycles so you see progress weekly, not just at the end. A first measurable result inside two weeks is the standard we hold ourselves to, not a one-off promise.
Who we work with
We work with businesses in Latvia and across Europe, in English, Latvian and Russian. Most clients come to us with one specific, painful problem — too much manual work, tools that don't talk to each other, a website that doesn't convert — rather than a finished specification. Scoping that problem into a working first step is part of the job.
