Who we are
This policy covers smartentre.io, operated by SIA "SMARTENTRE", registration number 40203773005, registered at Teātra iela 32 – 12, Daugavpils, LV-5401, Latvia. Contact for any privacy question: agent@smartentre.io.
What we collect
When you submit the project form on this site, we collect your name, email address, company or business name, the service you're interested in, and your selected language. If you email or message us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send. Like most websites, our hosting provider's servers also generate standard access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) as a normal part of serving the page.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to scope and deliver a project with you. The legal basis is either steps taken at your own request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to inbound business inquiries.
Who processes it
Form submissions are sent through n8n Cloud, our workflow automation provider, which forwards new leads to the channels our team monitors. Our website is hosted with Hostinger. We don't share your information with anyone beyond the providers named in this policy.
International transfers
Personal data is processed through n8n Cloud infrastructure hosted in the European Union. Where necessary to provide the service, certain data may also be transmitted to third-party service providers, including Meta (WhatsApp), Anthropic and Telegram. Where such providers process data outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are relied upon in accordance with GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy mechanism.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for 12 months from your last contact with us, or for as long as we are actively working together, whichever is longer. After that it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Cookies and local storage
We don't run analytics or advertising tracking scripts on this site. The site stores your language preference in your browser's local storage so it remembers your choice on your next visit — this stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to our processing of it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email agent@smartentre.io. You can also lodge a complaint with Latvia's data protection authority, the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date below.
